"A little slow, but they helped me out"
Support took longer to get back to me than I expected, which was a bit frustrating. But once they replied, they were helpful enough to sort out what I needed. Kind of reminded me of waiting on my older brother to text back, annoying at first, but he usually comes through in the end.

"Battery life didn’t live up to the claims"
I was hoping the power use would be a lot better, but my setup still chews through the battery fast. The company makes it sound all efficient and optimized, but in real use it doesn’t feel that way at all. Disappointing, honestly.

"Felt a bit pressured trying to find resources"
I felt kind of pressured at times because the resources weren’t always easy to find. When I needed something quickly, it took more searching than I expected, which made the whole experience a little frustrating.

"I reached out with a few certification questions..."
I reached out with a few certification questions, and the support experience was a bit frustrating. The pattern was consistent: I’d send a specific question, wait longer than expected, then get a reply that felt a little too general, so I’d have to follow up again. The site itself does have useful information, but once I hit a roadblock, getting clear help wasn’t as smooth as I hoped. I expected a better support flow from arm

"API docs really wore me out"
Tried using arm’s API and SDK for a project, ended up being way more frustrating than expected. Thought it would be a quick setup, but nope, turned into a whole week of digging around.

Docs felt scattered, examples seemed outdated, and a few just didn’t work at all. Kept running into errors that gave basically no useful clue about what was wrong. SDK felt clunky too, especially getting it set up in the first place.

Maybe works better if you already know their ecosystem, but for me, wasted a lot of time. Wouldn’t call it a great dev experience.

"Overall, the setup was painless and..."
Overall, the setup was painless and the dev workflow feels good once everything is running. I did get tripped up by the docs in a few spots where things weren’t totally clear, but support was helpful and basically said, “Yep, that part can be a little confusing—try it this way,” which got me unstuck quickly. Not perfect, but definitely a solid experience.

"The reference designs didn’t really help me"
I was hoping the reference designs would save me some time, especially since a friend of mine had recommended checking them first, but the docs were confusing. I ended up spending way too long trying to make sense of them and still didn’t get much out of it.

"I used an Arm-based device for some work..."
I used an Arm-based device for some work tasks, i was disappointed. It kept lagging, and then it would lag again right when I was trying to get something simple done. Even basic stuff felt slower than it should, and after a little while it just felt slow, slow, slow.
I tried doing updates, but they didn’t really change much for me. The same issues kept coming back, the same sluggish feeling, the same frustration. Maybe other people have had a better time with it, but for me it was just a hassle and not worth dealing with

"Scaling felt a bit limited"
I tried using arm stuff for a larger setup. It worked at first. But scaling it wasn’t as smooth as I expected. The docs helped a little. Still, things got messy fast...

"Pretty good help with our integration"
We got a bit stuck during our integration, and Arm support was, helpful. It did take a little while to get the first response, but after that, they explained things clearly enough and, yeah, we were able to get everything working...

"Pretty decent, but could be better"
Arm.com is fine overall, and I can see how some customers might find certain info helpful. For me, though, the value doesn’t feel especially strong. Some things are easy enough to use, but other details take a bit of digging to find. It’s not a bad experience, just feels average compared to what customers might expect.

"Hardware support was honestly kind of a mess"
I tried using their stuff with my board and, it was just a whole hassle. Like, the drivers kept failing, nothing really seemed to match up the way it was supposed to, and I just kept going in circles. Basically wasted an entire evening trying to get it working.

"Be careful if you need to manage your account"
Just a heads up for anyone dealing with an arm account: managing mine has been way more frustrating than it should be. I kept getting stuck in login loops, my settings wouldn’t save properly, and even changing basic account details felt like a chore.
Support didn’t really make it better either. The replies took a while and sounded like canned responses. I’m still not completely sure my account is fixed, so I’d definitely be prepared for a hassle if you need to make changes.

"Arm.com does have some useful..."
Arm.com does have some useful security info, especially around chip protection and trusted execution stuff. I liked that they actually explain certain risks and updates instead of just being super vague. That said, it feels a bit scattered across the site, and I had to click around more than I expected. Some pages also get technical really Fast, so as a regular user it can be hard to keep up. Overall It’s good info, just wish it was easier to find and a little clearer

"Rough setup, but maybe better if you know the ecosystem"
I tried using arm's developer tools for a small project, and to be fair, I wasn't already familiar with their ecosystem going in. Still, the whole setup felt more confusing than it needed to be. The downloads weren't super clear, the docs seemed to jump between topics, and I spent way too much time just trying to get the basics working.
I kept running into odd errors, and the website had me clicking around in circles instead of getting me to a clear answer. Maybe it's smoother if you already know where everything lives, but from the perspective of a regular dev trying to get started, it felt messy and frustrating

"I couldn’t find clear pricing anywhere, and..."
I couldn’t find clear pricing anywhere, and after a while you start to feel like they’re making it difficult on purpose. I just wanted a straightforward idea of the cost without having to dig around so much.

"I worked with Arm during a partner..."
I worked with Arm during a partner project, and overall it was an okay experience. The communication was decent for the most part, though there were times when responses took a bit longer than I expected. I also spent some extra time going through the documentation because it wasn’t always immediately clear. Nothing was really bad about the process, but I did feel like things could have been a bit smoother...

I had a hard time finding anything. The menus just kept looping me around, so I gave up quick.

"Training materials are really hard to follow"
I had a hard time getting through the training stuff. The lessons weren’t clear, and a lot of the videos felt old and not very helpful. I kept thinking, how is this okay for something people are supposed to actually learn from?

"Cool tech, but the site’s kind of a mess"
Arm is obviously doing some seriously impressive stuff with chip innovation, and I do like checking out what they’re working on. But man, their website can be a bit of a pain in the ass to navigate. The info is solid, it’s just not laid out in a way that feels easy to follow
